Thanks, that clears that up, I did find the info guide pages after I posted this question, thanks for the help.
If it's smooth blue fuzz, that's glowing gas. Clusters are specifically the dense knots of stars. Great info in the "Guide" can help you out
Lots of these bright blue objects are not clusters but HII regions in the galaxy.
Are areas with brighter stars that create fuzz still classified as star clusters if there isn't one central bright object?
