I think I found it: [SBK2009] 138 -- SuperNova Remnant : http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=%5BSBK2009%5D+138&NbIdent=1

( Ford M 31 276 -- Planetary Nebula is actually a SNR ! : http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=Ford+M+31+276&NbIdent=1

and that should be mentioned [SBK2009] 138 )
